The recently renovated Irving K. Barber Learning Centre may have a serious name, but it happens to be the best place in town to curl up with a good book. Choose from among the four million volumes, or bring your own and discover the Chapman Learning Commons, located in the 1925-vintage central structure. Over-stuffed leather seats; Tudor architecture; exposed oak trusses and stained glass windows. Don’t take our word for it, though. Check it out.
